OH HEY THERE!
During my personal yoga journey, I have found that identifying an asana that peaks my interest, one that I wish to explore making available to my body, and then incorporating it into my personal practice has played a huge role in leaning towards fearlessness, opening my mind and body to learning and perhaps most importantly:
BECOMING MORE CONFIDENT IN MY BODY & IT’S ABILITIES!
Do I always perfect the asana? HELL NO! Do I give it a good go? HELL YES! This practice has taught me patience during growth, while allowing me to physically see myself progressing.
